Each fall, we set apart a few weeks to talk about stewardship. Stewardship is the term we use when discussing what it means to effectively and faithfully use the gifts God has entrusted for the glory of God and the sake of the world. This year we are focusing our energies on the theme of holiness. Generally speaking, to be ‘holy’ means to be set apart. Our God is a holy God and this holy God has called us to be his holy people. For the next 4 weeks, we want to explore this idea of holiness and what it means for us to be a holy people indeed; to be a people who not only are set apart, but a people who set apart our treasure, time, and talents for the glory of God and the sake of the world.
